Rachel is a Program Coordinator in the Office of Student Affairs at the TAMU College of Medicine and has been with the College of Medicine for 15 years. She serves as an advisor to the interprofessional student organization "Global Health Outreach" since 2016.

In her role, Rachel is responsible for coordinating Orientation for first year medical students and making sure that all incoming medical students are ready for matriculation. She also coordinates other events such as White Coat Ceremony, Match Day, and Commencement.

Throughout the school year, Rachel serves as the primary advisor to all College of Medicine student organizations. On a day to day basis, Rachel enjoys the interactions with the students when they often stop by for candy.

Prior to working at the College of Medicine, Rachel was a Speech Communication major, Class of 2003, at Texas A&M University. She also received her minor in business administration.

During her spare time, Rachel loves going on cruises, playing board games, spending time with friends and family, and grilling food (especially during Aggie Football season). Rumor has it, she is an incredible singer and she also has some pretty cool guitar skills!
